I have over 15 years of clinical experience. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, chronic illness and LGBTQIA+. My approach draws from relational, family systems, psychodynamic, and cognitive behavioral therapies. I strive to provide a safe space where you can show up as your authentic self and feel heard, valued, and respected. I primarily meet via telehealth, with limited in-person availability. It is my delight and priority to support clients in reconnecting with joy, strength, internal and communal power, as well as their role in individual and joint liberation. Some approaches to therapy that we could use together include but are not limited to: Anti-Oppression & Liberation Frameworks, Creative Arts & Play-Based Therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness & Somatic Based Therapies, Narrative Therapy, Parts Work (influenced by elements of Internal Family Systems and Trauma-Informed Stabilization Therapy), and Person-Centered & Strengths-Based approaches. Some areas in which I have experience supporting individuals includes but is not limited to Neurodivergence (ADHD, Autism, etc.), Complex Trauma, and Identity.

NC Center for Resiliency is a somatically oriented group practice based in Chapel Hill, NC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, it is an honor and privilege to walk alongside others. Carolina Sexual Wellness Center is a nonprofit sex therapy and education center. We offer individual, family, relationship, and group therapy to clients coping with issues related to sex, sexuality and gender identity. As a sex therapy practice, we are comfortable and competent to treat a wide range of sexual issues from a knowledgeable and non-judgmental perspective. We are in-network with a number of insurance plans, and our STAAR Initiative (Sex Therapy At Affordable Rates) allows us to provide low cost therapy through our clinical interns.
